Pilates

Pilates is a whole-body training that develops the sense of balance, increases joint mobility, forms muscles while stretching it and helps to keep correct posture. Above all, Pilates includes a special breathing technique that is a great stress reliever, enhances the body’s oxygen supply and improves physical performance.

Yoga

Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India. Therefore, Yoga is one of the six orthodox schools of Hindu philosophical traditions. In addition, the impact of postural yoga on physical and mental health has been a topic of systematic studies, with evidence that regular yoga practice yields benefits for low back pain and stress.

Workshops are a great way to break down certain concepts, postures or themes.
